The institute's 20 outdoor educators are professionals who guide outdoor adventures and trips for women and teen girls in the Rocky Mountains and the Southwest. The institute welcomes women of all ages, fitness levels and outdoor interests and offers 50 courses per year.

On a Women's Wilderness trip, you can expect to be an active participant in the flow and direction of your course. By the end, you'll feel like a group of friends directing your own adventure, and have the outdoor skills you need to make your own outdoor adventures safe, comfortable, and fun.
