Beach Camping Weather is Right Around the Corner

Camping on a beach is one of my most favorable camping spots

Beach weather is almost upon us. Except for those of us lucky enough to live in warm climates like San Diego, in which case beach weather is already upon us.

From California to Florida, the beach camping scene is gearing up to be a good one. If you've never been, you owe it to yourself at least once. And I'm not talking about RV camping either. Get your butt out there in the sand, in a tent and sleeping bag, and enjoy yourself.

Camping on a beach can be very relaxing, especially if you're lucky enough to find a place where there aren't a lot of people. The sound of the waves crashing all night should make for an extremely relaxing sleep, and the smell of the fresh, salt air will take away the worries of modern civilization.

We are lucky enough to camp on the beach on Pelee Island, Canada during the summer months. I sleep better during this time, that I do the rest of the year. The sand is warm and the sound of the waves is peaceful. There may be nothing better!
