Hike Utah's Trails
Filed in archive Hiking by Beverly Durfee on September 08, 2006

trails, I could write a four-page post or I could save us both time and just point you in the direction of this feature from the Salt Lake City Tribune. The article highlights some of the greatest hikes in the country: including Naomi Peak - the tallest in the Bear River Range - with its 6-mile, round-trip jaunt; the Deseret Peak area, with beautiful fall colors in South Willow Canyon where the 8.4-mile basin and range loop trail begins; and more.
See the sites, then take the hikes. The weather is cooling down and the high desert and aspen-covered mountains are the perfect setting for fall excursions.
