No More Learning to Fall
The old-time ski instruction just not doing it for you? If you're determined to learn - and open to new ideas - the Tahoe Donner Ski School may have just what you're looking for.

Starting this season, the school is incorporating Harald Harb's "PMTS Direct Parallel" teaching system into its class offerings. Harb is a former ski Racer and coach of national medalists and Olympians.

By enlisting the expertise of biomechanics, physiotherapists, and other educators, Harb created a scientifically based way to learn skiing.
"PMTS Direct Parallel" teaches expert level movements right from the beginning to all levels of skiers, avoiding outdated, dead end maneuvers that must be unlearned later.

These expert movements are biomechanically accurate - studied and tested by high level instructors - and they take advantage of the design advantages of shaped skis.

Skiing progress comes through refining the same movements, rather than learning and discarding maneuvers.
