Terms related to bond cleaning

General:

  • All contracts for services are subject to these terms and conditions. Land loads provide it to the customer and trump any customer paperwork or communication.
  • Misconduct Land loads do not tolerate verbal, written, or physical harassment, intimidation, threats, or fear from customers. This includes profanity, racism, and slander. Threatening or abusive actions will result in legal action. Land loads may end any service without a return. You, the customer, agree and have no refund claim.
  • For bond cleaning, they provide a facility for that. They don’t force the customer to do that.

Pricing:

  • Many landlords or customers identify new elements. The property was misrepresented. An additional bedroom, toilet, living space, study, and blinds are included.
  • The property needs professional cleaning. This includes high windows and areas requiring special skills or equipment. dirty property or objects.
  • Key pickup and parking are extra. needs change. The customer requests cleaning.
  • Take out the trash. If an item/area is dangerous, they won’t clean it (at no cost to the customer). unsafe outlets, lights, or heights. The bond cleaning guarantee is void in this case.

Access:

  • The customer must be reachable 1 hour before the job begins. We’ll continue working if they can’t reach the customer. Uncontacted, the job may be incomplete, voiding any guarantee. In this case, the return cost will be based on the number of hours the cleaning is needed.
  • Customers must grant access to the cleaner. If the property isn’t key-accessible or they can’t enter at the agreed time, the customer agrees to a $40 per hour non-access fee up to the entire job cost.
  • A key collection location may be agreed upon in writing (SMS or email) and may incur additional charges depending on its proximity to the property. Google Maps calculates the shortest route in 10 km increments. $40 per km.

Cancellations and refunds:

  • If you cancel 5 days before the booked date, you’ll get a refund less a $25 administration fee.
  • If you cancel your appointment 5 to 2 days before the scheduled date, you’ll be charged $50. This charge is non-transferable but can be used within 3 months at the original booking address.
  • If you cancel your booking within 24 hours, you authorize the following costs to be applied to the credit card on file: Up to $500 in cancellation fees; over $500, $250.
  • They can cancel the task if the property is harmful to the staff’s safety, health, or well-being or if they can’t access it as agreed. Same-day surcharges apply.

Payment:

  • cash or check before service. Unless otherwise stated, full payment is due before cleaning.
  • Booking a bond requires a credit card and a $50 booking fee.
  • Wait 3 days for bank transfer clearance. If they don’t receive payment or remittance advice 3 days in advance, we’ll cancel your service.
  • If they don’t receive full payment within one month of the invoice date, they charge $50. After that, 10%/day is added.
